Hi Sindhu, I really enjoyed your blog! Your design of the princess line saree blouse was very beautiful but seems complicated. Can you please post saree blouse patterns without darts? I’m imagining it to look like a t-shirt. I’m a beginner and would really like to start making, and maybe even designing, my own blouses. Thanks and best of luck for the new year!

  12. sindhoooo says:

    Hi Vanathi,

Thanks for your feedback and new year wishes! Wish you the same… ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes, princess-line blouse requires experience and skill. I appreciate your idea of making a dart-less blouse. But, a fabric is planar and our body is shaped. So, it is not possible to make a dart-less blouse using a normal woven fabric. It is possible to make it with knitted materials and stretchy materials like Lycra. Will research if I can design something as you wish and let you know!

All the best for your designing! Keep visiting! TC!
