Hey, thank you dear for your lovely words 🙂 I don’t see it every day. So, even I was surprised!
Thank you for stopping by, TC! Keep smiling 🙂
Wow! Your hair too grows long? Nice to know that! Mmmm, sometimes we need to get it trimmed… Even I want to trim the half foot part in the bottom… I have stopped myself from doing that every time I pick up the scissors looking at the length.
Thank you for stopping by 🙂 TC! Keep smiling 🙂
You look beautiful! Have a lovely day and thanks for the tips 🙂
very beautiful your long hair.I surprised but i like it. thanks for share…
Long hair is the sign of good health and maintaining it with good nourishment shows how good the woman is about self caring. Nice article.
Wow sindhooo…such a beautiful hairs!!!!!!!… Rupunzel 🙂
Ooooh… your hair is so long, yet gorgeous and healthy! Until a few years ago, mine was long enough that I could sit on it. I still keep it in a braid or pony tail, but that length was such a chore to wash. These days, I like it a few inches past my shoulders 🙂 ♥ ❤
Oho my Indian rapunzel !! You are looking beautiful.the safree colour is also giving that fresh dewy charm and the jet black mane is awesome … you can do many styles too with it dear… and post the pics too ! Bless you and your hair 🙂
Your hair is beautiful! Both of cares, internal and external are important for healthy hear growth and appearance. And you sure take good care of both of them.
Congratulations.
Really interesting thank you sindu. ..
Really interesting..such a beautiful hair thanks for tips sindu. ..
Beautiful hair, Sindhu. 🙂 Thanks for sharing the tips on how to take care of our hair.
Btw, can you share how gompu is prepared?
Have a great weekend.
Lovely hair! Am so glad you take good care of it rather than take it for granted.
Thank you Kiran for your kind words 🙂 Sorry for taking so long to reply.
Hibiscus leaves and flowers are crushed in a bowl with some water. This is let about 30min to 1hour so that gompu gets its thick consistency. This solution is applied on hair after the hair is washed. Same leaves crush can be reused immediately or after too. You may wash hair after applying gompu or may wash it lightly.
Gompu can be prepared with any variety of hibiscus even though wild rid variety is considered the best. For my hair, I need minimum of 7 large leaves. Maximum any number of leaves can be taken. Leaves can be nicely cut with knife or just randomly with fingers. I use a sieve to separate these pieces so that minimum of 5 times I can use them immediately. Just pour water, sieve, use and repeat the same.
In my native, gompu is prepared with different kinds of leaves. I will write in detail about it. I hope this information will be useful for time being 🙂 TC dear! Keep smiling 🙂
Thanks a lot, Sindhu for the information. You are very kind.
I’ll wait for the detailed post.
TC, Cheers! 🙂
Thank you Bhavya 🙂 Glad you found it interesting… TC! Keep smiling 🙂

Oh it’s such a pity that you’ll never eat pizza. It’s delicious, healthy and veg. 😉
But of course it has to be *real* Italian pizza. 🙂
PS beautiful hair, though!
Beautiful indeed. And yoga? I am so inspired. I do yoga too Iyengar yoga based on Patanjali. 🙂
Thank you Dilip, so kind of you 🙂
Wow! You do yoga too?! I bought a book of Iyengar yoga recently… I know a very few yogaasanaas compared to the hundreds listed in the book. Hmm… I don’t know how exactly yoga helps in hair care… but I am sure it definitely helps 🙂
Maam, I usually do not use smthg ie chemical which is not for hair growth. I m trying seriously think about my hair which I wouldn’t care about it much .I use patanjali’s hair cleanser…..n even apply oil as to keep my hair growth good…..I m now being very particular even about my kids hair…as a mom I m more careful in using good for her hair.
Wooooow,I’m impressed!! And worried too!!! My habits are the opposite to yours…. I love pizza and tea and coffee….. I use a lot of hair spray and I dye my hair every three months… that because there are a lot of greys already…. Your hair is stunning and your hair care habbits are an example to follow!
Hai Ma’am,
very beautiful, long hair. … well maintained. …
Hi Sindhu, how beautiful! Thank you for sharing your habits. I’m impressed by your food preferences, they are so healthy and lucky you didn’t let yourself get irritated by western influences and food trends. Good job, I’m looking forward to hear more about your life style and habits to get inspired by them. Many greetings 🙂
Hi, welcome to my blog 🙂 Thank you for your kind words. I’m just not a foodie because of which I am still not exposed to junk food as such. Yes, food is a key factor to health. I would love to read your perceptions about health in your blog. Happy to connect!

hi Sindhu, in this case it’s an advantage not to be a foodie haha 🙂
Sindhu so nice your suggestion to read about health on my blog! Actually so far I didn’t have any followers to entertain, but now that I have you I will be happy to write a blog post according to you wish ❤ ❤
Ha ha… 😀 Right, not being foodie is truly advantageous 😀 Fellow bloggers give a lot of motivation. As they are writers too, they come up with great suggestions. Thank you for being one! Awaiting your posts 🙂
